We are very satisfied with CEDEC’s intervention and with the professionalism demonstrated by all their staff, from the moment they contacted us by phone to this moment, when the Project Manager has finished their work.
The intervention has served us especially so that an experienced external professional, without a direct connection to us or the company, could help us define the rules that should govern the company’s functional protocol in the future. This came at an important moment, because two people fundamental to the company, Vicente and Luis, are due to retire this year. With the intention of guaranteeing the continuity of the company and the families involved, we wanted to give a greater role to their children, Vicente and Teresa. The work of the Project Manager has helped us to carry this out.
We also appreciate the support and help in the other projects undertaken, which should help us to obtain the expected profits while maintaining the quality of service we provide to our clients.
It is for this reason that I appreciate all the help of all the members of the CEDEC team, especially the Business Analyst and the Project Manager, who have provided the necessary support to be able to conduct an appropriate implementation.
