For years, the company had the objective of carrying out a policy of revision and improvement that would permit the expansion and growth of production and facilities. In its day, this led to beginning to work with CEDEC, which would allow for said growth through assessment and the implementation of different internal management methods.

Within this process, therefore, over the last year our focus has been on the organizational improvement of our team in addition to the working procedures that will improve our overall organization, communication, and productivity. Thanks to CEDEC and our efforts, we have achieved this goal, and while we still have more work to do, we now have the tools and methodology that will allow us to advance with more certainty.

During this time, CEDEC and their team have proven their professionalism and their ability to provide answers to our doubts, for which we are very grateful.
