I think that 2018/2019 has been very positive in terms of having all the processes much clearer and more defined (control panels, stock control, purchases, ...).
We have also studied and implemented the possibility of changing the sales team variable for one which will be more effective and achievable in these times; we used to prioritize reaching accounts payable goals, with less emphasis on numerical sales.
We have also deeply studied the cash margins and were able to bring them up 2% in September 2018 and another 2% in June 2019, so we will go from a 12% margin in 2017 to a 16% margin in 2019. This increase in margins more than covers the cost of the CEDEC 2018/2019 intervention.
I recommend CEDEC and especially the Business Advisor for their way of doing things, and the most important thing is that I feel calm; the investment was significant, but even in the short-term the return has proven to be worth much more.
