Our assessment of the CEDEC intervention at our company is very positive.

Facing a change in management at Mecanizados JJ.CELDRÁN S.L.U. from father to son, the company has undergone a transformation in many fundamental, internal aspects.

In the majority of these aspects, CEDEC has guided us and, above all, provided the professional means to carry these changes out in the best and most productive way.

Thus, after the intervention, we could apply an internal structure and control at all levels of the company to organize and grow in an orderly way.

In the first place, we were visited by the Account Executive, who, after years of visits, managed to speak with me and I saw a future intervention as very productive.

I acknowledge a certain initial reluctance, because until I saw that what they sold us worked, I considered it to be a significant investment at a delicate time. Now I am glad I took that step and trusted in CEDEC.

A few weeks later, we were visited by the Business Analyst, who gave us a detailed analysis so that we could evaluate everything we could improve at all levels.

Finally, the Project Manager applied what was needed to implement a full restructuring plan for the company from the ground up.

As of today, with the four-week intervention recently completed, I can already see results.

Thanks to CEDEC, we can quickly detect any error or point for improvement, both in the offices and in production departments. This is extremely useful for us to find the path to growth with the best improvement mechanisms.

With the Project Manager, everything was very fluid. We have much to thank them for, not only for their considerable experience, but also for their candor, total objectivity, and the best advice.

In the coming years, I want to collect the fruits of what we recently implemented and, without hesitation, when we need external help, we will hire CEDEC again.
