In this very competitive world, it is not enough to adequately manage a company. You have to increase the effectiveness and efficiency ratio in all company departments and processes. The level of demand on these parameters is very high and the company structure should be sufficiently strong to be able to consistently support, over time, the reality of always having to deliver 100%, regardless of external circumstances.
Based on a professional, rigorous, and aseptic analysis, the CEDEC team guided us in conducting a series of changes in the company's organization which will allow us to adequately develop the project in the mid- and long-terms which we have established. These changes were conducted in consensus with company management and have in no way affected the values, uniqueness, or management style of our company.
The experience was very positive and enriching, I think for both sides, because all the companies analyzed provide knowledge to CEDEC.
