We decided to conduct an accompaniment project with CEDEC after our intervention with them was finished. The changes that we have implemented during this project have helped us consolidate the company and make it stronger and better controlled, which has allowed us to face the opportunities arising for us with greater tranquility and serenity.

The control panel, which allows me to follow operational results and compare them with the budget forecast, helps me plan the needed sales actions to reach expected goals.

Treasury control gives me peace of mind, knowing that with a one-year horizon I will be able to meet expected payments and seeing what the remaining cash will generate during the fiscal year; this is the bottom line which gives me the actions we conduct day-to-day.

Today I feel more confident and secure to address the future of the company and I check daily that new projects are consolidated and new growth expectations materialize.

I relied on CEDEC’s services because I was not sure what path I needed to follow, and I wanted to ensure my future. I knew that I needed to make changes, but I did not know what they were, so I decided to rely on an expert external opinion that would help me consolidate my company in the future.

CEDEC analyzed the key points on which I needed to act, like purchase management and sales organization and management, and to establish the tools to improve control over my company's management.

Today I have a control panel and a treasury control that allow me to monitor the results of the actions we undertake daily, which gives me peace of mind, knowing that the company is improving and that we are consolidating the economic results and improving the financial situation.

After the development of the projects proposed and the follow-up being conducted by CEDEC, I feel that my future is more solid, and I am planning new projects linked to the growth I am experiencing.
