This letter serves to thank CEDEC for the work done during the different phases, from the Business Analyst to the Project Manager to the follow-up conducted by the Business Advisor.

From the intervention up until now, we have managed to move forward in the generational handover from the parents to the children, with the best control of company management and with an improved internal functional organization. Our centers have been optimized at the level of human resources control, functions at each store have been put in order, and the resources to be used at each store have been optimized.

We are grateful to CEDEC for the change in mentality that we have achieved, which allows us to advance in the professionalization of our company and permits us to face a more solid and controlled growth.
