In the annual follow-up period for the intervention conducted in June 2018, we were able to consolidate the recommendations developed during the projects undertaken, fundamentally including the Steering Committee, budgetary control, and consolidation of generational handover within the family.
In the visits with our Business Advisor, we were able to open up to strategic issues which will be key for the company to face the future with greater security.
We are very aware that budgetary control will be key in company management, and consolidating the analysis of information this year has helped us better interpret and read the data and see deviations with greater clarity, which allows us to take corrective actions in the shortest time possible.
Thank you, again, to the whole team of professionals at CEDEC, who have collaborated in our having a stronger company that is better prepared for the future.

Our assessment of the CEDEC intervention at our company is very positive.
Genial Envases was in a moment of overall stalemate, and for this reason at the CEDEC Account Executive's last visit we felt it was the right time to put ourselves in their hands, for them to help us improve and see aspects that we may not have been able to identify for ourselves.
After five weeks of intervention, analyzing each of the departments of our company, the Project Manager helped us implement improvement mechanisms. This was the case with the Steering Committee, which was launched due to the lack of communication which we already knew existed in our company and which the Project Manager detected immediately. We implemented the Steering Committee during the first week; this was completely the right decision and has helped interdepartmental relations at our company.
Another significant improvement was the act of working with a budget; now we have a defined path with concrete goals and objectives. This budget is accompanied by a mid-term Master Plan encompassing all areas of the company, conducted jointly between the Project Manager and the assistant manager, with the latter thus acquiring an important training for the company.
Furthermore, another fundamental aspect of the intervention was the integration of the figure of the assistant manager, a figure which will take on progressively more importance with the idea of becoming the future of the company.
Thanks to CEDEC and our Project Manager, today we have the necessary tools to face the coming years optimistically and ambitiously.
Thanks to the Project Manager for their involvement in our venture. It was easy to consider them as another member of the company during the time they spent with us.
