We want to convey our full satisfaction with the intervention carried out in recent months. We found ourselves in a delicate situation and were perfectly advised by CEDEC’s Project Manager on all those tasks we need to carry out for the company's functional organization. We are thankful for the support and encouragement received by the Project Manager and give our thanks to the rest of CEDEC for making the decisions that led to the implementation of our company’s Master Plan.
I want to highlight and thank the Project Manager for their excellent treatment, their patience, and their friendliness with the most important person at our company: our mother, Conchita.

With this letter, Castañas Campelo Exportación, S.A. would like to express our full satisfaction with the follow-up visits from the Executive Mentoring department.
We want to highlight the difficulty that we had, from our company, in adequately attending to them due to our workload volume. Despite this, their department's diligence has been absolute, and they were interested in all the problems we could have on a day-to-day basis, and were concerned with analyzing the little data they could get on the days of their visits to give us their opinion of the degree of application of the tools from the intervention, and to highlight for us the different control panel indicators to which we should pay special attention.
In spite of the difficulties mentioned, each of the Executive Mentoring visits was a great help to the company and increased the feeling that we in management had of the importance and necessity of the intervention conducted, and the success of conducting it with CEDEC.

The first time we heard of CEDEC was about a decade ago, when one of their Account Executives visited us. A few years and a few visits later, we decided that the time had come for someone external to make an objective analysis of the company, and two weeks later the Analyst arrived.
In three days, CEDEC took an X-ray of the company and made us see that, having a company that had grown a lot and had great potential to continue growing, we had major defects at both organizational and management levels, which could undermine the company’s potential. We decided that it was time to make an investment which would give us the means to grow without fear and to professionalize the organization and administration of the company.
When the Project Manager arrived, they began their work, and in just a few days, data collection was already underway to create the necessary tools. With great patience, they ensured that we understood the importance of proper data collection and analysis for making decisions at the right time, and they showed us how to use the tools provided.
We want to highlight an important detail here: do not expect for CEDEC to double your sales or increase your cash flow; what they did with us was they gave us a rod and taught us how to fish.
When the Project Manager finished their work and we looked back, we understood that we had made a great investment, because now we have the means and we feel able to manage a family business and face an increasingly professionalized market in our sector.
CEDEC gave us the ability to decide, in key moments, what we should improve, what we should maintain, and what we should start.
Our thanks to CEDEC and our congratulations to their professionals: they do not overwhelm you with their knowledge, they are close, they make you gain confidence, and they make you feel able to use all the tools they put at your service.
