With this letter, I wish to express our opinion on the business advisory service received last year following the intervention by CEDEC.

During the Business Advisor's visits, we have been able to continue advancing and consolidating the objectives established in the intervention, and improve other aspects related to them. We have consolidated the use of the control panel tool, which allows for a better control of the company and better planning in the face of different scenarios.

We were able to comment on and debate strategic aspects of the company, and the Business Advisor helped us a lot, clearing doubts about the different projects and providing ideas that we had not initially considered.

We must evaluate this intervention very positively, from the organization level to the more personal, for the contributions and learning provided by the Business Advisor, a quality professional. All the treatment received was extremely correct and respectful with all members of our organization, and we all agree we appreciate the commitment showed during this time.

I would like to express our gratitude for the good treatment, both personal and professional, by the CEDEC Project Managers.

The company I work for, and which I have the responsibility of managing, needed external help given the nature of existing complications. If initially there was a certain skepticism within the family when faced with a solution, the confidence placed in CEDEC has given more than satisfactory results, surpassing our expectations and helping not only to channel the personal differences which are normal in this type of company, but also to prepare an attractive and profitable plan for the future, to sow the foundations for a hopeful and prosperous future.

I am very confident in the work conducted and I hope that the relationship with CEDEC continues to be close for other projects which will allow us to reach higher levels.

I would like to express, more personally, my admiration for the two Project Managers with whom I had the honor of working, for their friendliness, honesty, commitment, and talent during this time. I am sure this will help both the company and me, personally.
