Making the decision to hire the consultancy CEDEC was not easy, because the cost is significant, especially for a company like ours which, due to rapid growth, was having problems with organization and control, and consequently with results. After having spent three weeks with the consultant, we have been able to put things in order, gain control, and improve the company's general operations.

Before beginning with the consultancy, we knew the path to follow; the problem was that we did not know how to walk that path...after having a clear company hierarchy with a clear definition of roles and responsibilities, after having applied a control panel where we could easily see, in real time, the states of the different business lines...walking this path will be easier.

The Project Manager listened to us and gave us solutions to every problem we presented them with, in a clear and sure way, so that we can clearly see that their work was very positive and satisfactory and was a good investment for our company.

In summary, we now have ORDER and CLEANLINESS at our company.
