From March 2016 to the current date, CEDEC has fulfilled their consulting role, consisting of the revising the implementations conducted, adjusting their application, improving different aspects, and providing help with the implementation and working methods developed during the Project Manager's intervention.
Thanks to the Executive Mentoring service, we have been able to modify our conception of what should be controlled in the company, such that now we are more concerned with analyzing our sales evolution, the profitability of our items, the costs of all processes; this way, we can improve our company's profitability little by little, which in fact has already occurred in this year, 2016, which has just ended.
We have also been able to consolidate certain procedures initiated during the intervention, which has allowed us to better understand our company's day-to-day operations and detect, with the control panel applications, those deviations which could affect normal operations. Somehow, we have managed to change the company’s business culture towards a more professional performance.
Last but not least, I want to express my thanks to the good work and professionalism of the EM advisors and their full availability for the implementation of this new path for our company, as well as their commitment to ensure that everyone within the company understands each of the projects undertaken.

On behalf of my management partner, our family, and myself, I would like to thank CEDEC, S.A. for the work conducted for our company, and special thanks to the Project Manager who, during these months of consulting, has contributed substantially to the improvement of our company, helping us to see things that in the day-to-day of business we cannot see, and providing the whole team at our company with new ideas and methods which have allowed us to overcome various problems and obstacles and which will be the guide to follow in the coming years. We are sure that with the experience acquired and the accompaniment that CEDEC offers us, we can further consolidate our business and grow towards new business challenges and goals.
